• ‌Free Shipping
• ‌No shipping charges throughout India.
• We deliver throughout India, Monday-Saturdays, excluding India Public holidays.
• We would dispatch the order in 1-2 working days and it should reach you in a minimum of 2 days and a maximum in 8 working days.
• If from Mumbai/Pune/Ahmednagar you can expect next day delivery.
• Orders received before 5pm on working days will be dispatched on the same day if the item is in ready stock.

‌Exchange and Cancellation Policy

• ‌We do not accept Exchange or cancellation requests.
• ‌We do not accept returns.
• ‌Once payment is made, it is non-refundable.

 We do not accept returns for the following items:

All products with come with the manufacturer seal. Once the seal is opened it cannot be assigned to another user, and hence ALANKAR CAMERA STORE cannot accept the return unless there is a case of product malfunction.

Products damaged due to the use of an inappropriate power supply or products that were damaged due to voltage stability issues will not be accepted as returns. Across India, and even in the four core metro areas, a high-quality voltage stabilizer and spike protector are necessary to protect all electronic gear.

Products that show willful damage will not be accepted as returns.

Note* – In case ALANKAR CAMERA STORE is unable to pick up your shipment due to certain unforeseen circumstances, you may have to ship the products to our facility. The logistics charges involved in these cases would be refunded back to you after the product reaches us.

Payment Policy

• Order will be processed only after receiving 100% payment
• No refund will be provided if the order is cancelled after payment is accepted
• For GST billing you must provide your GST number at the time of placing the order under Billing Section.
