Returns Policy

• You placed your order under “PRE-ORDER” or “SPECIAL-ORDER” or “Offer” or “Subscriber’s Privilege Program” or any offer or schemes. Since we would have further placed your order with a supplier and cancelling the order further will not be possible at our end.
• The item has been unboxed by cutting through the manufacturer’s packaging
• The item has been used or damaged
• The original packaging materials are lost or damaged
• The evidence / traces of a box and or a product tampering found
• Products damaged due to the use of an inappropriate power supply or products that were damaged due to voltage stability issues will not be accepted as returns.
• Products that show willful damage will not be accepted as returns

Note* – In case Alankar Camera Store is unable to pick up your shipment due to certain unforeseen circumstance, you may have to ship the products to our facility. The logistic charges involved in these cases would be refunded back to you after the product reaches us.

Non-Returnable Products

We do not accept returns for the following items:

• All products with the manufacturer seal. Once the seal is opened it cannot be assigned to another user, and hence ALANKAR CAMERA STORE cannot accept the return unless there is a case of product malfunction.
• Opened Cameras, Lenses, Printers and computer software — original packaging cannot be unsealed
• Electronic software downloads
• Opened consumable items (e.g., film, tapes, paper, bulbs, CD, DVDs, ink cartridges, etc.)
• Select special-order merchandise, or any item indicated on the website as nonreturnable
• Underwater equipment that has been submerged
• Products under “PRE-ORDER” or “SPECIAL-ORDER” or “Offer” or “Subscriber’s Privilege Program” or any offer or schemes.

Return Policy Exceptions

• Products received with physical damage must be reported to Alankar Camera Store within 2 days of the delivery date.
• Products received with missing accessories should be reported within 2 days of the delivery date. Claims made a post this period will not be honored.

Refunds

• Once your refund has been approved, we will issue a refund to your original mode of payment. Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account. In most cases, we will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase.
• In case of Preorder bookings/Sales refund processing fee of 3% + GST will be charged on the total amount refunded.

Please note: we can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.

Cancellations

• If you would like to cancel an order that you have recently placed, you can call us as soon as possible at +91 7030221545, and quote your order number.
• If the shipment has not left our facility, you will receive a refund within 4 to 7 business days. Processing fee of 3% + GST will be charged on the total amount to be refunded if you wish to cancel the order before it’s dispatched.
• Once dispatched the order cannot be cancelled.
